Extra Things to Know - 
  • We have a list of dedicated vendors we can provide to you. All caterers must provide a license & certificate of insurance. You are welcome to choose your own vendor or one from our list or bring your own food!
  • You can provide your own alcohol for one of our bartenders, or you can hire your own licensed & insured bartender.
  • Some in-house vendors are available: wedding planner and photographer.  Inquire as to pricing.
  • All weddings are encouraged to have a wedding planner coordinating with the venue giving you time to stress-less and enjoy your friends and family!
  • Whether you choose one of our in-house photographers or bring your own insured photographer, you are welcome to use our property for your engagement pictures.
  • Looking to borrow decorations?  Help yourself to our Decor Loft.
  • Need more time to relax? Don't want to rush out of here on the night of your event? You are welcome to bring campers or fish houses for you, your bridal party, and family (no hook ups provided). Also, we can connect you with lodging at a nearby lake for the bridal party and family.
  • You are welcome to hold the groom's dinner and rehearsal here the night before if there's availability.
  • For family reunions, graduation and birthday parties, corporate or other events please contact us for pricing options. 
  • If you are interested in having just your wedding ceremony on-site without the reception, we would love to accommodate you on a Friday or Sunday or weekday. Contact us for details. Pricing for 2026: $2000 for 150 guests.

Our Package Details

With our experience, integrity, friendly & caring service, we will coordinate the most amazing day for you, keeping it low stress and simple while you enjoy your guests and create a lifetime of memories under the oak tree.

We are able to
accommodate up to 150 guests (let us know if you have more and we can discuss options for larger groups.) We're open June through October.

All packages include:

  • Seating for the ceremony & microphone with Bluetooth speaker, 3 barrels & arch
  • Outdoor yard games
  • The propane firepit
  • Concrete Dance floor under the commercial tent
  • Numerous stunning photo ops including a handmade mahogany tree swing & antique horse carriage all on 65 acres
  • Event Manager provided
  • Bridal party getting ready tents

What you'll provide:

2026: $4500 Package Price

We offer a complete all-inclusive package for up to 150 guests. If you want to stress less, relax more, come in under budget, enjoy your guests and family, and have less responsibility on yourself and wedding party, then this is your dream package. We will take care of just about everything related to the venue space. 
Includes:
  • Private Parking
  • Ceremony under the Oak Tree with seating up to 150 guests, an arch, and 3 barrels provided
  • Bridal Party getting-ready tents with electricity
  • Full Reception Tent with secure sides in the event of rain or wind 
  • We will help you with the set up and take down of the tables and chairs.
  • Concrete dance floor, microphone & Bluetooth speaker included
  • 14-hour access to venue for rehearsal, setup, event, and clean up. Event completed by 11pm.
  • Feel free to use our venue for your engagement pictures
  • Feel free to bring campers or fish houses for the wedding party and family the night before and the night after.
  • Includes the use of our yard games and firepit
  • Choose your own vendors
