Looking for a location to host your family reunion, women's or men's retreat, or church retreat? What about a location for a community gathering or concert? We would love for you to consider renting our property!
Family reunions ($500/day base rate):
Our farm property and venue is perfect for family gatherings! For $500/day base rate, you can rent out the venue which includes the following:
- Large commercial tent which can seat up to 150 people comfortably (tent has sides for inclement weather)
- Tables and chairs included
- Generators provided for the venue space (restrooms and lights)
- Luxury restroom trailer with flushing toilets and running water
- Use of our grain bin bar for storage and drink service.
- Private, secure parking lot.
- Access to the venue grounds - ponds, flower gardens, pasture, tree swing
- Propane fire pit
- Yard games
- You are also welcome to have your own bonfire up near the campers.
- Add-ons include:
- Campers and tents are allowed (NO HOOK UPS) at $30/camper or RV per night and $15/tent per night
- Catering can be provided for $15/person for breakfast and lunch and $20/person for dinner.
- Family Reunion Photo Session! Photography provided by Mindi Jennings Photography for 1 hour at base rate of $300 for the first 6 people. $20/each additional person.
- Prefer to have a bartender mix drinks and serve your family members? We can provide a bartender for $200/night.
Day retreats ($75 - $90/person):
Looking for a peaceful location to host your men's, women's or church retreat? We'd love to have you! Bring your group into the beauty of nature, surrounded by God's creation, breathe in the fresh air, gain some perspective, relax by the pond, and enjoy being together with your friends and church family.
Pricing: $75/person per day without meals. $90/person per day WITH 3 meals a day.

Looking for a unique space for your community event, business meeting or party, concert, birthday party, or graduation party? We would be honored to host you! Please CONTACT US for specific pricing for your event!

- As of now, we can host events for up to 300 people. Please keep in mind we can only provide tables and chairs for up to 150, so extra tables and chairs would need to be rented or you are welcome to bring your own.
- Tables and chairs included for up to 150 people.
- Generators provided for the venue space (restrooms and lights). You will need to provide extra generators for the specifics of your event.
- 2-stall luxury restroom trailer with flushing toilets and running water. 2 porta potties are provided as well. Additional porta potties can be rented for an extra fee depending on size of your event.
- Use of our grain bin bar for beverage service. A bartender can be hired for $200 as an extra fee.
- Private, secure parking lot.

Explore your God-given story in expressive ways while experiencing beauty, nature, soaking in worship, movement, listening prayer, journaling, and creativity. Cost of the retreat will include light breakfast, lunch, snacks, and supplies. Led by Mindi Jennings with Beautiful Ashes Ministries. Be sure to dress comfy! Date and specific details to come!
